Is BabyMonitor Luna free?
Yes — core audio monitoring, sound alerts, two-way talk, and four soothing sounds are free. Premium unlocks HD video streaming, unlimited family members, Auto-Soothe, the full 13-track sound library, complete activity history, and low-battery alerts — via a subscription with a 7-day free trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage your subscription in the App Store under your Apple ID. You'll keep premium features until the end of the current billing period.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
Start the trial from inside the app and you get every Premium feature for seven days. Nothing is charged until the trial ends, and cancelling any time before the last day costs you nothing. Apple handles the billing — we never see your card.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your account drops back to the free tier: live audio monitoring, sound alerts, two-way talk and four soothing sounds keep working. HD video, Auto-Soothe and the full activity history are simply locked again until you resubscribe.
Is the yearly plan really cheaper?
Yes. Yearly is $49.99 against $71.88 for twelve monthly payments — about 30% less, and it works out to roughly $4.17 a month. Both plans include the same 7-day free trial and both can be cancelled from your Apple ID at any time.
Do I need a subscription on both phones?
