BabyMonitor is a mobile application that allows users to monitor audio from one device to another over the internet. The App is designed to be used as a supplementary monitoring tool and should not be relied upon as the sole means of monitoring a child.

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection for reliable monitoring

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROPER SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

6. Important Safety Notice

BabyMonitor is intended as a supplementary monitoring tool only. It should never replace direct adult supervision of children. Always ensure that children are in a safe environment and that responsible adults are physically present or nearby. Technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or device failures may affect the App's performance.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BabyMonitor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
