By downloading, installing, or using the BabyMonitor Luna application or its web version at babymonitorluna.com (together, the "App"), provided by DF Tech Consulting AB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

BabyMonitor Luna is a mobile and web application that allows users to stream live audio and, with a Premium subscription, video from one device to another over the internet. The App is designed to be used as a supplementary monitoring tool and should not be relied upon as the sole means of monitoring a child.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose of monitoring children under your care
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection for reliable monitoring
  • Not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to circumvent any security features of the App

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. THE APP IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROPER SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

6. Important Safety Notice

BabyMonitor Luna is intended as a supplementary monitoring tool only. It should never replace direct adult supervision of children. Always ensure that children are in a safe environment and that responsible adults are physically present or nearby. Technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or device failures may affect the App's performance.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DF Tech Consulting AB and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
